On contacting about a project, you can receive a price quote.
Or present me your budget and I will let you know in detail what I can do within said budget.

Once a quote is given, you can proceed with the order whenever you are ready. The agreed quote will not expire unless details about the project change.

All projects I offer at the pricing in this Carrd are
Personal Commissions.

Personal commissions are non-commercial and fall under the terms described in this page.

For commercial work, new pricing and terms can be discussed depending on your project.

Payment is done through PayPal invoice only.

Payment plans are available upon request for projects $350 or over. In this case, a down payment of at least $150 is required to start the project.

The timeline of a payment plan will be specified during the quote phase and must be followed. If a payment is missed, the work on the piece will be halted until the agreed payment is received.

Fully paid upfront projects have priority over partially paid ones in the current workload.

Payments are final and non-refundable.

If the project is fully paid for, it cannot be cancelled.

if the project is not yet fully paid for, work on it will be halted. You will receive what was completed of it.

If the project is not yet started, but paid for, arrangements can be made if you no longer want that piece. It can become credit for any other art service I provide.

When I contact you again with a work in progress, this
is what I call a process check-in.

Check-ins require an approval from the client before I continue.

When a check-in progress shot is sent for feedback, work is
paused on that project until I receive a reply from the client.
So please respond in a timely manner as to not delay your art!

Once a check-in phase is approved and past done, I cannot backtrack on it.

The commission types that I offer vary in how many check-ins I do with the client by default. It will be detailed below what to expect from me with each type of artwork.

When a commission is finished, the only edits possible are if it was of my own mistake. That is, if I failed to follow the reference given.

Future edits for character design, no matter how old the commission, can be done for a fee.

Commissions ordered through Ko-fi are of artistic liberty. Therefore, there are no check-in phases.

You will receive no process shots, unless I have doubts and need clarification, or if I notice information is missing.

You are still welcome to ask me about progress anytime, and I will give a work-in-progress shot if available!

This commission type is one I check-in with the most, so expect many e-mails from me!

There is a concept phase, in which I may give you multiple ideas to pick from, or mix and match, for each of the major aspects of a design.

Once the design is settled, it is polished into the finished product.

work beyond what was agreed on can be added for a fee. (such as, wishing for an extra outfit, or a shot of a new angle.) Even after completion of the design.

Layout design (Text, background and decor) are free of any extra charge.

There is at least two check-ins in an illustration commission: Rough sketch and rough color.

at the rough sketch check, it's where any major changes to composition or restarts can be done.

At the rough color phase, it's where any render details changes can be done.

Any changes done and approved cannot be backtracked.

Upon completion you can request minor edits free of charge as well.

As previously stated, commissions cannot be used commercially.

I retain copyright rights to my artwork and may use it for portfolio or to promote myself.

I may use some artwork for my print shop or artbooks, but if so I will ask for client permission to do so.

As for character designs or purchased adoptables, it is yours to change and develop as much as you want non-commercially. Use it in role-play, games, create alt. designs, redesign however you wish.

If you own one of my designs and intend to use it in commercial work (such as: paid video-game, paid graphic novel, or products you will sell.) you must contact me with details of your project for approval of that use. Most likely it will be okay with no further money involved.

You may post anywhere with credit to me! I appreciate getting any of my active socials or this website linked.

You may crop and resize an artwork as you wish to use as icon, wallpaper, on your devices or online.

You may also get any printing done for personal use as well. Such as prints or stickers.

None of my work, commissioned or not, is to be used for AI training/machine learning or AI editing in any way.
